How long does a typical build take?

Two-week scoped discovery up front. First production-grade slice live in 4-8 weeks from there. We do not chase 12-month delivery cycles — we ship, iterate, and stop when the system fits.

Do you do fixed-price or time-and-materials?

Discovery is fixed-price. The build is fixed-price for the agreed scope. Iteration after launch runs as a monthly hosting + maintenance contract; new feature outside the original scope, we quote it.

What stacks do you use?

Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres (Drizzle), Tailwind, Kafka, React Native for mobile. Happy to plug into existing Python / Rails / .NET stacks where the customer already has them.

Where does the data live?

Default is EU (Hetzner, Germany) under EU-equivalent data protection. SA-resident hosting available on request. Encrypted off-host backups daily.

Do you also run the system after you build it?

Yes — that is the whole model. Every build comes with a monthly hosting + maintenance contract: on-call, SLA-backed, one phone number. We are not a one-off vendor.

Can you take over an existing system?

Sometimes. Depends on the codebase. We charge a fixed-fee 2-week assessment and tell you honestly whether the right move is take-over, partial-rewrite, or replacement.
